- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat until creamy.
- Add marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch pan and press down evenly.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider browning the butter before adding the marshmallows. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
