Ingredients

- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Garlic Scapes, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place softened butter, finely chopped garlic scapes, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and herbs are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a log, rolling it up tightly.
- Chill the butter in the refrigerator until firm, allowing flavors to meld.
- Once firm, slice and serve on warm bread or as a compound butter for roasted vegetables.
Notes
To reheat, slice off desired amount and place under broiler or in air fryer at 250°F until just soft. Do not microwave.
