Description

A creamy and flavorful herb butter made with fresh garlic scapes and rosemary, perfect for spreading on warm bread or enhancing your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Scapes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the softened butter, finely chopped garlic scapes, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper, shape it into a log, and roll it up tightly.
  4. Chill the butter in the refrigerator until firm, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Once firm, slice and serve as a spread on warm bread or as a compound butter for roasted vegetables.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality European-style butter. Fresh garlic scapes should be firm and bright green.
