Description

Deliciously crispy green beans infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and Trim the Green Beans.
  3. Toss the Green Beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the green beans out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the green beans.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. If desired, add red pepper flakes during the last few minutes of cooking.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
