- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and Trim the Green Beans.
- Toss the Green Beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the green beans out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the green beans.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- If desired, add red pepper flakes during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
