Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine recommended)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover pasta can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently adding a splash of cream to revive the sauce.
