Description

A mouthwatering dish that combines juicy chicken with a creamy, garlicky marinades for the ultimate flavor experience.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and coat them evenly with the marinade. Seal your bag or cover your bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Once your grill is heated, remove the chicken from the marinade and place it directly on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will keep it juicy and tender!
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
