- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat them evenly with the marinade. Seal your bag or cover your bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Once your grill is heated, remove the chicken from the marinade and place it directly on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will keep it juicy and tender!
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
