Deliciously addictive chicken tenders coated in crispy Panko breadcrumbs and savory Parmesan, baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup white flour (or whole wheat flour)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim excess fat from chicken tenders.
- Prepare three bowls: mix flour with salt and pepper in one, combine olive oil (or melted butter) and minced garlic in the second, and mix Panko breadcrumbs with dried basil, paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese in the last.
- Coat each chicken tender with flour, then dip in the garlic oil mixture, and finally coat with the Panko mix.
- Arrange coated tenders on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy coating, spray a light mist of cooking spray on the tenders just before baking.
