Description

Delicious and tender meatloaves made from lean ground chicken, enhanced with garlic and parmesan for a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into an oval loaf. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
