Description

Juicy ground beef with garlic and cheddar wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, these cheeseburger bombs are the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Flatten each biscuit and add 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture to the center. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and garlic powder. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize the filling with different meats or add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor. Can be made ahead and frozen.
