Instructions
- Prep Steak: Pat steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear Steak: Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil in large cast iron skillet over high heat. Working in batches to avoid crowding, sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to plate.
- Make Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Finish: Return steak to skillet. Add Worcestershire and lemon juice. Toss to coat and cook 1 minute more. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve: Immediately with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes.
