Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle.
  3. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat slightly out.
  4. Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan, then add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir until fragrant.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, coating thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, adding paprika or cayenne if desired.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
