- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle.
- Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat slightly out.
- Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan, then add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, coating thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper, adding paprika or cayenne if desired.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
