- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
- 6–8 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season: Toss the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Melt Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir for 30-60 seconds until golden and aromatic.
- Cook the Chicken: Add seasoned chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on one side.
- Flip and Continue Cooking: Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Add Parsley: Once cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), sprinkle in fresh parsley and toss to combine.
- Serve: Plate the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle melted butter on top just before serving.
