Description

Easy and flavorful garlic butter chicken bites that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 68 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Season: Toss the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Melt Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir for 30-60 seconds until golden and aromatic.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Add seasoned chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on one side.
  5. Flip and Continue Cooking: Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Add Parsley: Once cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), sprinkle in fresh parsley and toss to combine.
  7. Serve: Plate the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites and garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle melted butter on top just before serving.
