- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and place on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end (watch carefully).
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For best flavor, use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder.
- Add a sprinkle of mozzarella for cheesy garlic bread.
