Instructions
- Thoroughly wash all your vegetables under cool running water and dry them gently with a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and diced bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
