Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour the coconut milk and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them three-quarters full.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  4. To remove, run molds under warm water for about 10 seconds, then gently press from the bottom.
