Description

Guilt-free frozen yogurt bars packed with protein and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened sunflower seed butter
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional for thinning the chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mold: Place your popsicle molds on a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sunflower seed butter, raw honey or maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth.
  3. Fill the molds: Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, filling nearly to the top. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 240 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip the bars: Remove the bars from the molds and dip each bar in the melted chocolate.
  7. Enjoy or store: Enjoy immediately or return to the freezer for later.

Notes

Store bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
