Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 8 strawberries (stems removed and finely diced)
- 15 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt with the peanut butter, stirring until completely smooth and well combined.
- Remove the stems from the strawberries and finely dice them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Distribute the diced strawberries and blueberries evenly into an ice cube tray or silicone mold.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the berries, filling each section almost to the top.
- Place the tray into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid.
- Run the tray under warm water for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to release the bites.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
