Description

Delicious and refreshing frozen yogurt bites with strawberries and blueberries, perfect for summer snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
  • 8 strawberries (stems removed and finely diced)
  • 15 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt with the peanut butter, stirring until completely smooth and well combined.
  2. Remove the stems from the strawberries and finely dice them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Distribute the diced strawberries and blueberries evenly into an ice cube tray or silicone mold.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the berries, filling each section almost to the top.
  5. Place the tray into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid.
  6. Run the tray under warm water for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to release the bites.
  7. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

Customization options include swapping fruits and adding granola for texture.
