Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Spread the coconut yogurt evenly over the parchment to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
- Top the yogurt with chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, and chocolate chips.
- Freeze the baking sheet for at least 120 minutes to allow the bark to firm up.
- Slice and serve by breaking the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a thicker bark, spread the yogurt to 1/2 inch. Ensure even topping distribution for the best taste.
