Description

A delightful and customizable frozen yogurt bark made with creamy coconut yogurt and topped with nuts, seeds, and chocolate for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • Raw pumpkin seeds
  • Hemp hearts
  • Miniature dark chocolate chips
  • Bee pollen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the coconut yogurt evenly over the parchment to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
