Guilt-free frozen chocolate covered raspberries coated in creamy yogurt and rich dark chocolate, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients

- 6 oz fresh raspberries (about 30)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened yogurt (coconut or Greek)
- 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Rinse and dry your raspberries.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the yogurt and protein powder in a small bowl.
- Dip the raspberries, one at a time, into the mixture.
- Place the dipped raspberries in your freezer for at least one hour.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip the frozen raspberries into the chocolate.
- Place the raspberries back in the freezer to set.
- Store properly in an airtight baggie for up to one month.
Notes
Ensure raspberries are completely dry before dipping to avoid a watery mess. Experiment with different chocolate types and additions for variations.
