Description

Guilt-free frozen chocolate covered raspberries coated in creamy yogurt and rich dark chocolate, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries (about 30)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened yogurt (coconut or Greek)
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry your raspberries.
  2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the yogurt and protein powder in a small bowl.
  4. Dip the raspberries, one at a time, into the mixture.
  5. Place the dipped raspberries in your freezer for at least one hour.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  7. Dip the frozen raspberries into the chocolate.
  8. Place the raspberries back in the freezer to set.
  9. Store properly in an airtight baggie for up to one month.

Notes

Ensure raspberries are completely dry before dipping to avoid a watery mess. Experiment with different chocolate types and additions for variations.
