Description

Delicious and guilt-free Frozen Banana Yogurt Bites, perfect for a refreshing treat in the summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup yogurt (coconut recommended)
  • 12 scoops of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them into 1-inch slices.
  3. Combine yogurt and protein powder in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Dip each banana slice into the yogurt mixture, then place on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 60 minutes.
  6. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each frozen banana slice in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle your choice of toppings while the chocolate is still warm.

Notes

Ripe bananas work best for sweetness and freezing. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
