Description

Delightful frozen yogurt cups with a crunchy granola base and fresh fruit toppings, perfect for summer treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup oats (rolled or quick oats)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 34 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • Berries of choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir until a sticky dough forms, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  3. Scoop a spoonful of the granola dough into each muffin cup and press down firmly.
  4. Layer a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt over each granola base.
  5. Top with assorted berries and sprinkle additional granola on top.
  6. Freeze the muffin pan for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve after thawing for 10 minutes for easier removal from liners.

Notes

Feel free to adjust sweetness and toppings based on taste. Use silicone muffin cups for easier removal.
