Instructions
- Make 4 small cuts around the edges of each bologna slice to prevent curling.
- Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add bologna slices and fry 2-3 minutes per side until deeply browned and edges crisp.
- Top each slice with cheese during last 30 seconds to melt slightly.
- Toast buns lightly in the same skillet.
