Ingredients
- 20 oz (about 4 cups) chopped small fruit (choose from seedless watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, or pineapple)
- 1 1/2 cups cold water (filtered works best!)
- 2 Tbsp sugar or honey (adjust based on fruit sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
- 2 cups ice (for serving)
Instructions
- Fill a large pitcher with fresh, cold water.
- Add the sliced lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves to the pitcher.
- If desired, add honey or stevia for sweetness and stir gently to dissolve.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Serve over ice and enjoy within 24 hours for the best flavor.
Notes
- For best results, use filtered water and organic produce when possible.
- Other fruit combinations like berries, oranges, or watermelon can be used.
- Discard after 24 hours to avoid bitterness from the citrus.
- This is a low-calorie alternative to sugary drinks.
