Description

A refreshing and hydrating infused water with natural flavors from fresh fruits and herbs. Perfect for encouraging daily water intake.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz (about 4 cups) chopped small fruit (choose from seedless watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, or pineapple)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water (filtered works best!)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar or honey (adjust based on fruit sweetness)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
  • 2 cups ice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pitcher with fresh, cold water.
  2. Add the sliced lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves to the pitcher.
  3. If desired, add honey or stevia for sweetness and stir gently to dissolve.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy within 24 hours for the best flavor.

Notes

  • For best results, use filtered water and organic produce when possible.
  • Other fruit combinations like berries, oranges, or watermelon can be used.
  • Discard after 24 hours to avoid bitterness from the citrus.
  • This is a low-calorie alternative to sugary drinks.
