Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour blend, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then whisk in milk, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer to Loaf Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
