A sweet and spicy homemade treat infused with Fireball cinnamon whisky, perfect for cozy nights and festive gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
Instructions
- In a large crockpot, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon. Stir to mix well.
- Cook on high for about 60 to 90 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches the soft-ball stage (235°F-240°F).
- Remove from heat and stir in Fireball whisky, butter, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 or 9×13 pan and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares or desired shapes.
Notes
For easier cutting, lightly grease your knife or scissors. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
