Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of sweet mango, creamy filling, and graham crackers that brings back memories of summer and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 810 pieces of graham crackers
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. Lay down a layer of graham crackers in a 9×9 inch dish, breaking them as needed.
  3. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top.
  5. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream mixture, and mango until the top is reached, finishing with the cream layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Once chilled, slice and serve cold.

Notes

For best results, use well-chilled heavy cream and ripe mangoes. This dessert can be prepared a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
