- 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8–10 pieces of graham crackers
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Lay down a layer of graham crackers in a 9×9 inch dish, breaking them as needed.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top.
- Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream mixture, and mango until the top is reached, finishing with the cream layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once chilled, slice and serve cold.
Notes
For best results, use well-chilled heavy cream and ripe mangoes. This dessert can be prepared a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
