Ingredients

- Fig preserves, without added sugars
- Fresh thyme (or rosemary)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Spread brie cheese on each crostini.
- Add a dollop of fig preserves and drizzle with honey if desired.
