Description

A delightful combination of creamy brie, sweet fig preserves, and crispy baguette, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Baguette, sliced thinly
  • Brie cheese, soft and creamy
  • Fig preserves, without added sugars
  • Fresh thyme (or rosemary)
  • Honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Spread brie cheese on each crostini.
  6. Add a dollop of fig preserves and drizzle with honey if desired.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
