A comforting and flavorful bowl of ramen bursting with spicy chicken and a creamy garlic sauce.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, season chicken thighs with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear marinated chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and butter over medium heat, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and mix until combined; set aside.
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat, sauté remaining garlic for 1 minute, add chicken broth and cream. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place ramen noodles in bowls, pour broth over and top with chicken, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and optional chili oil before serving.
