Ingredients

  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 4 oz of crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped roasted red peppers, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Using a hand mixer or a sturdy fork, blend the mixture for about 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth.
