Description

A rich, creamy, and indulgent No-Bake Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake, combining the iconic flavors of Nutella with a buttery biscuit crust.


Ingredients

  • 330g Digestive Biscuits
  • 200g Unsalted Butter
  • 400g Full-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 350ml Double/Heavy Cream
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 120g Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Half a jar of Nutella
  • 80g Dark Chocolate
  • 120ml Double/Heavy Cream (for ganache)
  • 40g Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.
  2. Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with cocoa, icing sugar, vanilla, and Nutella. Whip the cream and fold it in.
  3. Combine and Chill: Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Make the Chocolate Ganache: Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  5. Finish and Serve: Drizzle ganache and sprinkle with nuts. Slice and serve chilled.
