- 330g Digestive Biscuits
- 200g Unsalted Butter
- 400g Full-Fat Cream Cheese
- 350ml Double/Heavy Cream
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 120g Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Half a jar of Nutella
- 80g Dark Chocolate
- 120ml Double/Heavy Cream (for ganache)
- 40g Chopped Nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with cocoa, icing sugar, vanilla, and Nutella. Whip the cream and fold it in.
- Combine and Chill: Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache: Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle ganache and sprinkle with nuts. Slice and serve chilled.
