Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Wash and dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the Onions and Chili: Finely chop the red onion and green chili.
  3. Blend the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
