- 2 cups jasmine green tea
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Brew the tea by boiling water and steeping 2 cups of jasmine green tea.
- Cool it off by allowing the tea to cool completely.
- Combine the cooled tea with grated ginger, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a pitcher.
- Stir well until everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices or a mint sprig if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of maple syrup or use a flavored syrup. Can substitute maple syrup for monk fruit for lower sugar.
