Description

A refreshing iced tea made with jasmine green tea, fresh ginger, and bright lemon, perfect for reviving your spirit on a warm day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine green tea
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea by boiling water and steeping 2 cups of jasmine green tea.
  2. Cool it off by allowing the tea to cool completely.
  3. Combine the cooled tea with grated ginger, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a pitcher.
  4. Stir well until everything is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices or a mint sprig if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of maple syrup or use a flavored syrup. Can substitute maple syrup for monk fruit for lower sugar.
