Description

A luxurious dish featuring fettuccine pasta coated in a rich, creamy sauce with tender lobster, perfect for special occasions or a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and diced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Fold in the cooked lobster and fettuccine, mixing well. Add reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream.
