- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and diced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Fold in the cooked lobster and fettuccine, mixing well. Add reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream.
