Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate (chopped)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (plus more for topping)
  • 2 tbsp eggnog
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 oz white chocolate for coating (chopped or chips)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the 8 oz chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.
  2. Combine melted chocolate, cream cheese, powdered sugar, nutmeg, eggnog, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the truffles for 10 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the remaining 10 oz white chocolate for coating and dip each truffle, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Sprinkle nutmeg and sea salt on top of the coated truffles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let the truffles set completely before serving.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
