Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with eggnog.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for 15-20 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
