A festive layered parfait combining spiced eggnog, creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh mixed berries, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups granola
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- Optional: extra cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggnog, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt-eggnog mixture into the bottom of a clear parfait cup.
- Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of your favorite granola on top of the yogurt layer.
- Layer about 2 tablespoons of mixed berries on top of the granola.
- Continue layering the yogurt mix, granola, and berries until the glass is full.
- Top with a sprinkle of granola, a few additional berries, and dust with extra cinnamon.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored covered in the refrigerator for a day. For make-ahead, prepare the yogurt mixture in advance and layer just before serving.
