Description

A festive layered parfait combining spiced eggnog, creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh mixed berries, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • Optional: extra cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggnog, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt-eggnog mixture into the bottom of a clear parfait cup.
  3. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of your favorite granola on top of the yogurt layer.
  4. Layer about 2 tablespoons of mixed berries on top of the granola.
  5. Continue layering the yogurt mix, granola, and berries until the glass is full.
  6. Top with a sprinkle of granola, a few additional berries, and dust with extra cinnamon.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored covered in the refrigerator for a day. For make-ahead, prepare the yogurt mixture in advance and layer just before serving.
