- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter for greasing pan
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- Melting the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and eggnog. Stir constantly for about 5 minutes until smooth and melted.
- Adding Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in ground nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Combine with Cranberry Sauce: Pour fudge mixture into the prepared pan and dollop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top. Swirl the sauce through the fudge.
- Chill Out: Transfer to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice and Serve: Lift out using parchment, cut into 25 squares, and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For a firmer fudge, reduce eggnog to 3 tablespoons. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature.
