  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Spiced whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until fully combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and evenly distribute.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with spiced whipped cream before serving.
