- 1 cup eggnog
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Spiced whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in the eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until fully combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and evenly distribute.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with spiced whipped cream before serving.
