Description

A quick and simple egg-free mayo recipe that’s creamy, smooth, and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup light, mild oil (extra light olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 1/4 cup milk (2%, or plant-based for vegan option)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (or honey Dijon mustard)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure they are at room temperature.
  2. Add oil, milk, salt, pepper, vinegar, and mustard to a jar or tall bowl.
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend at the bottom of the jar for about 30 seconds.
  4. Slowly lift the blender while blending to incorporate all ingredients until thickened.
  5. Check consistency, blending longer if necessary, and then pour into a clean jar.

Notes

Store in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge for up to 10 days. If mayo separates, re-blend to combine.
