Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious s’mores candy bark combining milk and white chocolates with graham crackers and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (1.5-2 minutes total).
  3. Spread the melted milk chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the melted chocolate while still warm.
  5. Scatter mini marshmallows on top of the graham cracker layer.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in the same manner as the milk chocolate and drizzle over the marshmallows.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and any extra mini marshmallows.
  8. Optional: Drizzle extra melted chocolate over the top.
  9. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  10. Break into pieces and enjoy!
