Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until frothy.
- Fold in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and optional bell peppers and onions gently.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
