- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Juice of 1 mulberry (for glaze)
- Powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a floured surface until thin.
- Mix the fresh mulberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the berry mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners over to create a star shape.
- Bake the pastries for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix mulberry juice with powdered sugar for the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm danishes and serve.
