Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Fillings: buttercream, ganache, or fruit preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Sift together almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  3. Whip egg whites in another bowl until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the meringue until combined.
