Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • Syrup or powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the egg mixture and gently stir to coat.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
