Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and bright green.
