- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch in size.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in honey, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toss the baked chicken bites in barbecue sauce before serving.
- Serve with fresh veggies or dipping sauces.
