Description

A simple yet delightful dish featuring crispy salmon fillets glazed in a rich honey garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
  5. Carefully flip the fillets and brush half of the glaze over the top of the salmon. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon’s internal temperature reaches 145°F (62°C).
  6. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For even better results, let your salmon sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
