Description

A delightful holiday treat combining the classic flavors of sugar cookies with the creamy indulgence of fudge, easy to make and perfect for gifting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup cookie crumbs (sugar cookies)
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a gentle boil, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and almond extracts, mixing well.
  4. Fold in the cookie crumbs until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with sprinkles and allow to cool at room temperature until set, about 1 hour.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. This fudge can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
