Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup cookie crumbs (sugar cookies)
- Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a gentle boil, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla and almond extracts, mixing well.
- Fold in the cookie crumbs until evenly distributed.
- Pour into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with sprinkles and allow to cool at room temperature until set, about 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. This fudge can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
