Delightful homemade pecan turtles made with crunchy pecans, rich caramel, and silky chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Chocolate (chopped or chips)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and toast pecans for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat, stirring until bubbling and thickened (5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in butter until blended.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, drop spoonfuls of caramel and press down, topping each with pecans.
- Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over each turtle.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
