A light and rich cheesecake mousse that brings the flavors of classic cheesecake without the fuss of baking.
Ingredients

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (125 g) confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup (57.5 g) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (238 g) heavy whipping cream, chilled
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar and mix on low speed until fully combined, about 1 minute.
- Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the chilled heavy whipping cream into a separate bowl and mix, gradually increasing to high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently using a spatula until well combined.
- Transfer the mousse to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
